Paradise School

At Paradise school, educational services are provided by certified special educators in collaboration with the Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12. There are various support staff including an instructional advisor, school psychologist, speech therapist and occupational therapist. Additionally, staff members provide crisis intervention, supervision during break periods, social skills education, and coordination of school activities.

Onsite at Paradise School is Paradise Outpatient Counseling, which provides outpatient psychiatric services to both students and families, increasing their opportunities for success. Confidential professional counseling is also available to anyone in the Abbottstown/Hanover community.

Counseling services include individual, group, family, and couples counseling. Our therapists and psychiatrists are experienced in treating a wide variety of emotional, behavioral and mental health issues for children, adolescents and adults.

School services are paid by the student’s school district. There is no cost to the student.

Paradise Counseling services are provided regardless of religious affiliation, race or ability to pay. Medicaid is accepted.
